We work with Daylesford and Macedon caterers whose menus move with the season — spring asparagus and wild garlic, autumn heritage tomatoes and forest mushrooms. Produce sourced within kilometres of the kitchen.

How far is Arinya from Melbourne?
About 90 minutes by car from the Melbourne CBD, and roughly ten minutes from Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. The final stretch is an unsealed track.
How many guests can stay?
Four bedrooms, a maximum of ten adults, and always exclusive use of the whole 250 m² property.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Check-in is self-service: the key is in the lockbox beside the entrance door and the code comes with your confirmation.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes — two nights, on all dates.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
A valid credit card and a 1% non-refundable deposit secure your booking; the balance is charged to the same card 5 days before check-in. Free cancellation until 5 days before check-in — cancelled inside 5 days, the full booking amount is charged. Package bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit; we are happy to discuss rescheduling where we can.
Do I need to book treatments in advance?
Yes. Book treatments when you reserve your stay — our therapists work across several sites and appointments cannot always be guaranteed. Payment is made on the day, direct to the therapist.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergies are all handled by our caterers. Tell us when you book.
Are children or pets welcome?
Arinya is an adult retreat and we cannot accommodate pets — we share the park with native wildlife. Talk to us about anything outside that and we will see what is possible.
Is there WiFi and phone reception?
WiFi throughout the house. Mobile reception varies by carrier, which we consider part of the appeal.
Is the property accessible?
The house is single level, which helps, but it sits in natural bushland with uneven ground in places. Call us and we will talk through what you need.
